Started and Finished Dogs
We take great pride in the quality of our started and finished dogs. Unlike many kennels we select pups based on our clients desires for this training. We have plans for the pup going home and returning for training. ( best for bonding) as well as keeping and training dogs for as long as 10 months. We have to date, never had left over pups to make into started dogs. The dogs below all were part of the return for training program. 2 of the 4 dogs were graded as well started. 2 were graded finished dogs. We would be pleased to talk about these programs with you.

We take only 6 Dogs per class Spring and fall
We have 2 classes each year.

FALL Class Has 1 slot taken and 5 open at this time

All training is based on "fun" . Forced training is the very last resort. From bench to whoa barrel to live birds, steady to flush & gun , we have fun. Training is done in short 15-20 minute lessons . Our rotation schedule gives each dog approximately 3 hrs per day training. We have 2 days a week that is just letting the pup be a pup. We travel in vehicles, swim, run and play with other dogs on the "off days". In fact training never stops. Every pup is trained as if we were keeping them ourselves!
